Do you want to learn how to meal prep? How to shop, prep, and cook a few meals at a time with no waste and minimal effort? Wouldn’t it be nice to know that dinner is done when you get home from work?

Class 1
Breakfast: Breakfast burritos
Lunch: 4 Composed Salads with French vinaigrette
Dinners: Salmon Sushi Bake
Chicken enchiladas with Mexican rice and beans
Class 2
Breakfast: Breakfast Bars
Lunch: 4 Composed Salads with roasted tomato, basil vinaigrette
Dinners: Chicken paillards with roasted cherry tomatoes
Thai chicken meatballs with red curry over rice and wilted spinach
Class 3
Breakfast: 4 Peanut butter and jelly overnight oats
Lunch: Butternut squash soup
Dinners: Acorn Squash stuffed with chickpeas and wild rice
Dijon Baked salmon with blistered green beans and shallots and mashed sweet potatoes
Class 4
Breakfast: Vegetable frittatas
Lunch: Sweet potato leek soup
Dinners: Pasta Primavera with roasted red pepper sauce
Cumin Rubbed pork tenderloin with Chimichuri and roasted potatoes with wilted spinach
Class 5
Breakfast: Chia pudding parfaits
Lunch: Salad jars with orange balsamic vinaigrette
Dinners: Chicken and vegetable stew with chickpeas and potatoes served with corn muffins
Herby pork lettuce wraps served with asian vegetable slaw
Summer Camps
Farm to Table Cooking Camp is for kids aged 9-13. Campers will learn about local farms, how food is grown, and how to cook with all that locally-sourced, farm fresh produce.
Campers will learn cooking techniques, safe knife skills, basic nutrition, kitchen sanitation, menu planning, and time- management while preparing kid-friendly meals in a fun, cooperative setting in a commercial kitchen in Devon, Pa.
No cooking experience needed.
Registration Information
This summer (2025) we are offering two sessions. The content for both weeks will be the same.
Session I runs from June 23-27, 2025
Session II runs from August 18-22, 2025

Morning- kitchen safety, knife skills, recipe implementation

Morning- basic nutrition and menu planning

Wednesday 9am-1pm
Farm Day- Bryn Clovis Farm Malvern
A day with farmer Ranney Moran to learn farm techniques, the importance of shopping locally, and spotting good produce
Lunch served
Pick-up at 1pm
Thursday 9am-1pm
Chopped Competition- kids will be divided up into teams and be asked to prepare a meal from a box of surprise ingredients
Lunch served

Friday 9am-1pm
Kids prepare lunch for the parents
Lunch Service at 12pm- kids will explain their process, present dishes to parents, and parents ask the kids questions about the process.
